Terms of Service
Last updated:
Welcome to Rokero Gems. These Terms of Service describe orders, payments, delivery, returns, and consumer rights. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph each gemstone and jewelry item accurately. Natural variation in colour and characteristics may occur. The individual product listing states the available details about that piece.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are displayed in EUR. Availability and prices may change before an order is placed. A confirmed order is governed by the terms and price agreed at purchase, subject to applicable law.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required when an order is placed. Online payments are currently processed through PayPal in EUR; available funding methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Shipping within Serbia is free. International shipping is €12 for product subtotals below €58, and free from €58. Destination-specific terms and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Returns & Refunds
For standard items, contact Rokero within 30 days of delivery to request a return without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions may apply to custom-made items. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for conditions, refunds, and legal rights. This additional policy does not reduce statutory rights or change terms that applied to previous purchases.
7. Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. Remedies for defective, damaged or nonconforming goods are governed by applicable consumer law.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by laws applicable to the business and the purchase, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. Disputes may be addressed through the competent authorities, applicable consumer dispute procedures or courts with jurisdiction.
