Condition and shipping
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Return it without unnecessary use, with its original packaging and supplied documentation. Do not alter, repair or set a gemstone before returning it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility where applicable under law and disclosed before purchase.
Refunds and problems
Refunds follow applicable law and the payment method used. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or without expected documentation, contact us promptly with photographs of the item and parcel, and keep the packaging while the issue is resolved.
