Shipping and Delivery

Rokero offers free tracked shipping within Serbia, with an estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch. International shipping is €12 below €58 and free from €58 where service is available. Most international routes are estimated at roughly 5–15 business days after dispatch; customs can extend this. Carrier, available insurance or compensation and destination-specific conditions are confirmed for the shipment. Import duty, VAT and local clearance fees may be charged by the destination country.

Serbia delivery

Shipping within Serbia is free. The current estimate is 2–4 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and delays outside Rokero's control. Tracking is included when the carrier provides it.

International delivery

International shipping is €12 for product subtotals below €58 and free from €58 where a tracked service is available. For most international routes, plan on roughly 5–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a delivery guarantee; customs, remote areas and local holidays can extend transit.

Carrier and tracking

Rokero selects an available tracked carrier or postal service for the destination. The service and estimated timing are confirmed with the order or before dispatch because routes differ by country. Tracking details are added to the order when available.

Insurance and transit problems

Carrier insurance or compensation depends on the selected service, destination and declared value. Available coverage is confirmed before dispatch. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact Rokero promptly and keep the packaging while the carrier case is investigated.

Customs, VAT and import charges

International orders may be assessed customs duty, import VAT or local clearance fees by the destination country. These charges are generally the recipient's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
